Welcome reception

The welcome reception will take place at the Trajectum in the congress centre, from 18.00 -19.00 hrs. From 17.30 hrs. preregistration starts also in the congress centre, so take the opportunity to pick-up your materials and have a drink and chat with your colleagues afterwards!
Poster reception
Thursday 18 September | 16.40-17.40 hrs.
Registration fee | free of charge but for catering purposes registration is required.
Venue | Exhibition Hall / Poster area
The poster reception will take place in the exhibition area of the congress centre. During the reception you have the opportunity to view the posters and to ask questions to the poster presenters.

Congress evening (Walking dinner) & Dance Party
Friday 19 September | evening starts at 19.30 - 01.00 hrs.
Buses| Buses will be foreseen, the buses will leave at 19.00 hrs. (from various points in the city), the first bus will leave again at 23.00 hrs and the last bus will leave at 01.00 hrs. In between the buses will run as a shuttle service to various point in the city centre.

Venue | Chateau Neercanne, 10 von Dopfflaan, 6213 NG Maastricht
The congress dinner will take place at the historical Chateau Neercanne. Chateau Neercanne dates back to 1698 when Baron Daniel Wolf von Dopff built the castle and the Baroque Gardens. Chateau Neercanne is the only terraced castle in the Netherlands.
The entire Chateau, Caves, Orangerie and Courtyard will be used for the congress. And the wine cellar offers the possibilities to do a wine tasting of local wines!
The buses will stop in front of the gardens, from here you will make a short walk upstairs (please take note of your shoes) to the terrace of the Chateau. The evening will start at 19.30 hrs at the beautiful terrace, while overlooking the nature you can enjoy the aperitif. The diploma ceremony will also take place at the terrace outside a unique atmosphere! In case of bad weather an alternative will be foreseen.
Around 20.30 hrs the walking dinner will start. The food will be served to you in the form of a 4-course menu. Important remark, this evening is not a seated dinner but a walking dinner. Please note that ticket price includes drinks during the entire evening. From 22.30 hrs onwards the dance party starts in the cave. If you would like to stay in a more quiet area and sit and talk, there are enough lounge areas foreseen.
The first bus will leave again at 23.00 hrs and the last bus will leave at 01.00 hrs. In between the buses will run as a shuttle service to various point in the city centre.
Buses will leave again from the street so please note that you need to walk downstairs again.
A cloakroom is available but please don't bring laptops and ipads etc. with you to be stored here.

Farewell drink
Saturday 20 September | 18.00-19.00 hrs.
The farewell drink will be organised for all delegates in the Trajectum area of the congress centre. Small local snacks and drinks will be served.
