Perego, Manuela
Manuela Perego graduated from the University of Milan in 2003. In 2003 she started a collaboration at the Clinica Veterinaria Malpensa in Samarate (Varese) under the direct supervision of Roberto Santilli, DVM, PhD, DEVIM – (CA) Cardiology dealing with echocardiography, arrhythmology and interventional procedures. In 2019 she obtained the European College Diploma in Internal Medicine speciality of Cardiology. Her main area of research is the diagnosis and treatment of dog and cat rhythm disorders. She is the author of several articles related to cardiology and arrhythmology in Italian and International journals and the first (2009, Elsevier) and the second (2018, Edra) edition of the book Electrocardiography of dogs and cats. She was co-author of the book Manuale di Cardiologia del cane e del gatto (2012, Elsevier). She has been a speaker at various Italian and International congresses.
